Cancellation Policy

* Please no extra guests/ children! * Come in with clean lashes, I do offer a complimentary lash bath but please NO lash glue, mascara OR any sort of makeup on eyes. ( this will cause for our appointment to get behind which means less time for me to work on your lashes, please be mindful. * Every client has a 10 minute grace period! You can be up to 15 minutes late with a $10 late fee. If you’re running late please message me, I’m extremely understanding! Anything past 15min will be cancelled/rescheduled. Please don’t take advantage of my niceness. * no contacts during service. * 2 rescheduled appointments allowed with 1 deposit. 3rd time will require a new deposit. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will go towards your service. * Must reschedule within 24hrs for deposit to be valid. New deposit will be required if rescheduled less than 24hrs. *Payments are due in cash or card ONLY. * I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows Or cancellations within 24hours of the scheduled appointment. * ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE *
